Fried Squash
Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
7 medium summer squash, thinly sliced
2 1/2 cups flour
oil
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, and salt to make batter.
Dip squash in batter. Then in flour.
Coat all sides of squash with flour. Fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
Drain and sprinkle with salt.
Serve hot with catsup.
